I wanted to get my herbal infusions all ready for Tea for Tuesdays today, but I needed something easier. And since we were making blueberry pancakes for breakfast, I decided to try this delicious blueberry acai tea I got in a co-op.
There was one sachet left, meaning more room in my tea cabinet- and my tea cabinet is overflowing, so this is a good thing. And it’s also delicious. I love to make iced tea in the summer. I grew up with iced Lipton in the house all summer long, because my dad liked to drink it, and it really says “summer” to me. So, I whipped this tea up while the pancakes were on the griddle this morning, and it’s ready by lunchtime. And isn’t the color just beautiful?
